SolarPulse was acquired through a secondary transaction from a fund divesting its non-core assets in March 2017.

SolarPulse NV consists of 2 solar parks totaling 3MWp on roof tops located in the Flemish Region of Belgium and has been operational since 2010. SolarPulse receives green certificates per MWh of electricity produced and sells the produced electricity to the building owner after which any excess electricity is injected in the electricity grid.

EPICo, together with EPICo CIP, is the sole owner of the asset.
